Biography:

Coach Neville is entering his 19th season as a high school basketball coach.  In 13 seasons as a head coach, his teams have accumulated 135 wins.  Under his guidance, athletes have achieved 9 all state honors and 22 all conference selections.  Coach teaches his core values of character, courage, confidence, and competition.  He obtained a bachelor's degree from Pittsburg State University and a master's from the University of Missouri in Athletic Leadership.  Neville also has 17 years of experience coaching high school football in multiple roles.  He was a three sport athlete (basketball, football, and track) in high school.  At Pittsburg State University, he played defensive back for the Gorillas football team as they won 3 conference championships and played for the National Championship in 2004.  Neville was a two-time all conference defensive back and was selected to the MIAA Commisioner's Academic Honor Roll.  The Neville family includes wife Megan, daughter Ruth, and another child expected soon.  They reside in Monett.

Coach Rhea begins his first season as the freshmen / assistant varsity coach in Monett.  After a successful three-sport high school career at Kearney High School, he went on to play basketball at Southwestern Community College (IA) and St. Mary's University (KS) where his team reached the Sweet 16 while finishing ranked #20 in the nation with a 24-9 record.  He moved to Monett in 2002 and is a founding member of MEA Financial Enterprises.  Coach has found ways to share his love of sports by staying involved with the youth programs.  He believes he can bring leadership and energy while motivating our student-athletes to be their best.  The Rhea family includes his wife Traci, son Riley (16), son Brady (13), and daughter Tenley (6).  They live in Monett.
